 Welcome to the VPSM Hospital Information Site

Thank you for your support of the VPSM. The 2009-2012 contract has been awarded to UltraFeedback, the current provider. Information sessions for health services will be held in the second half of July 2009. These will cover improvements to the VPSM and provide an opportunity for questions. The sessions will take place in both the metropolitan area and in regional centres.

 

The new VPSM process will commence in August when hospitals submit data for patients discharged in July. Importantly, an increased number of patients will be surveyed, the survey will be available in six additional community languages, and the online reporting will be enhanced. Patients will be able to complete the survey online for the first time.

This site has been created to provide Hospitals with information about the Victorian Patient Satisfaction Monitor and to facilitate hospital data upload.

This site is operated and maintained by UltraFeedback who is the independent contractor for the project.

The 'FAQs' page includes responses to the most commonly asked questions about the statistics used in the VPSM reports.
