This site has been created to provide information about the Victorian Patient Satisfaction Monitor. It allows patients to complete the survey online, and hospitals to upload data.

The Department of Health is committed to ensuring that all Victorians have access to quality services that protect and enhance the community's physical, mental and social well-being.  One of the key indicators of health care quality is patient satisfaction.

This site is operated and maintained by UltraFeedback who is the independent contractor for the project.
